Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bdtjt website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion offered by bdtjt, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the bdtjt platform, including visitors who browse without registering. If you are using bdtjt on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

bdtjt reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the bdtjt platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bdtjt does not permit access by any person under the age of 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in any particular jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of a business or other legal entity for commercial purposes.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any such person associated with bdtjt or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by bdtjt for breach of these Terms.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list applicable to online gambling platforms.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all eligibility criteria above are met. bdtjt reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents will result in account restriction or closure.

bdtjt takes its commitment to preventing underage gambling seriously. Any account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately, all pending withdrawals will be suspended, and any deposits made may be refunded at bdtjt's sole discretion following a review period.

Account Registration

To access the full range of bdtjt services, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep that information updated at all times. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active bdtjt account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed without notice, and any bonus funds associated with duplicate accounts will be voided.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Accurate Information: You must not register using a false name, fictitious address, or any misleading identity information. Accounts found to contain false registration details will be immediately suspended.
• KYC Verification: bdtjt operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit copies of a valid national identity card, passport, or other government-issued identification documents, together with proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful KYC completion.
• Account Transfers: Player accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, gift, or otherwise transfer your account or any account balance to any other person.

bdtjt reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to state a reason.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bdtjt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply based on the payment method selected.
• Approved deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without notice.
• Deposits funded from accounts or cards not registered in your own name are strictly prohibited and may trigger an account review.
• bdtjt does not accept deposits made with cryptocurrency, prepaid vouchers not expressly listed as approved methods, or any third-party payment accounts not verified under your name.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit and is verified as belonging to the account holder.
• bdtjt aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the completeness of your KYC verification.
• bdtjt reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal. During such checks, the withdrawal amount will be temporarily held and the processing timeline will be extended accordingly.
• Any applicable transaction fees charged by the payment provider are the responsibility of the player unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

All deposit and withdrawal activity is monitored for compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations. bdtjt reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law.

Bonuses & Promotions

bdtjt offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount, e.g., 20x) will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Bonus Validity: Bonuses have a defined validity period, measured in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Bonus funds not used within the validity period will expire automatically.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game category will be specified in individual promotion terms. Sports betting wagers may contribute differently from casino game wagers.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time.
• Abuse: bdtjt has zero tolerance for bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing hedged or low-risk bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and bonus funds forfeited.
• Modification & Withdrawal: bdtjt reserves the right to alter, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the bdtjt platform. Specific sport-by-sport or game-by-game rules are published in the relevant sections of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Acceptance of Bets: All bets are subject to acceptance by bdtjt. bdtjt reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has started where the system has failed to prevent such placement.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary by market, event, and account status.
• Odds: All displayed odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the odds are locked in at the confirmed value.
• Void Bets: Bets may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, obvious pricing errors, technical failures, or evidence of match manipulation. Void bets will have the stake returned to the player's account balance.
• In-Play Betting: In-play markets are offered on selected events. bdtjt cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability of in-play markets. Delays between the live event and the platform's data feed may occur, and bdtjt accepts no liability for bets placed on the basis of information that has already changed in the live event.
• Payout Limits: Maximum payout limits per bet, per event, and per day apply and are published within the platform's betting rules section.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdtjt platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or a false identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other time.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform without prior written consent from bdtjt.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error are not considered legitimate and will not be paid out.
• Colluding with other players, including in live casino games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or using the platform to obscure the origin of funds obtained through illegal activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bdtjt staff, other players, or third parties in any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to misrepresent your location.

Responsible Gaming

bdtjt is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and maintaining a safe environment for all players. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations. Once the limit is reached, the player will be automatically logged out.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or 1 year. During self-exclusion, the account will be suspended and the player will not receive any promotional communications.

The bdtjt name, logo, and all related marks, product names, and slogans are trademarks of bdtjt. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use these trademarks without prior written approval.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdtjt and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the service, whether caused by technical failure, maintenance, or any other reason.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in odds, game outcomes, or other platform content, provided these are corrected within a reasonable time upon discovery.

bdtjt's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bdtjt account in the 90 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Privacy & Data

bdtjt collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

We implement industry-standard technical and organisational security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of internet transmission is completely secure, and bdtjt cannot guarantee the absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.

bdtjt will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third parties including KYC verification providers, payment processors, fraud prevention services, and, where legally required, regulatory authorities.

Account Suspension & Termination

bdtjt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading registration or verification information.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. bdtjt will provide advance notice before applying any dormancy-related account closure.
• Compliance with a legal obligation or regulatory instruction.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.

Upon account closure, bdtjt will return any legitimate real-money balance remaining after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations, provided the account holder has completed KYC verification. Funds associated with fraudulent activity or bonus abuse will not be returned.

Amendments to Terms

bdtjt reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform no less than 7 days before the changes take effect, except where a shorter notice period is required by law or necessary to address an urgent security or legal issue.

The "Effective Date" at the top of this document will be updated each time the Terms are revised. Your continued use of the bdtjt platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law, with particular reference to the legal standards applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the Asia-Pacific region.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the bdtjt platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting bdtjt support. We will endeavour to respond to and resolve all formal complaints within 14 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration conducted in the English language. The arbitration award will be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
